The Die Division is equipped with the following:

• CNC Wire cut EDM
• CNC Milling machine

In our Foundry, we manufacture casting of steel, heat resistance cast iron and non-ferrous casting. We have the capacity of producing up to 1200Kg. Single castings using our induction furnace.

Spectrometer manufactured by M/s. Applied Research Laboratory in Switzerland. This is used for the analysis of the cast iron moulds produced.

Applying the appropriate protective coating reduces or eliminates maintenance and defers the replacement date of the structure. Galvanising is an economic means of coating steel against corrosion. It combines low initial cost, low mechanical damage to the structure, and most of all long term resistance to corrosion.
